For three weeks before the procedure, please avoid any smoking, alcoholic drinking, and blood thinners. Continue to eat a healthy diet and ensure that you are getting enough sleep as well. The night before the procedure, be sure to shower with antibacterial soap and to refrain from eating and drinking after midnight.
